We have had some reviews where clients have had issues we could have taken care of easily. We have also had reviews where clients were upset with artists who were bad eggs and we had to let them go that wasn't very favorable. No matter how hard we have tried to make things right with those clients they weren't able to be pleased and they took to the reviews. 

On the other hand we have had way more awesome reviews from our loyal / new clients alike who have left us great reviews because they realize life happens. Today people will only write reviews if they have issues not as much if they are happy. They just go about their day happy with the service they received and don't stop to think hey maybe i should leave this artist or company a good review.
